Welcome to the Pilgrimage Festival Volunteer Program

Volunteer at Pilgrimage Festival in exchange for your ticket to the festival!  In addition to a 2-day Wristband receive a parking pass, t-shirt, and an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!

Work Requirement - 9 hours 
There are only 2 ways to complete the 9 hours: 1) Work a 9-hour pre- or post-fest shift; or 2) Work a 4.5-hour shift on Saturday AND a 4.5-hour shift on Sunday. No specific shifts nor departments can be guaranteed.


Accommodation/Lodging - Volunteers must provide their own accommodations/lodging and transportation to and from the festival. There is no camping allowed at The Park at Harlinsdale.

In years past, credentials opened Wednesday before the festival began on Saturday. Also in years past, there was NO volunteer credential pickup after 6pm on Friday before the festival began on Saturday.
A valid, photo ID is required to pick up your credentials.
Each volunteer must pickup their own credentials. No picking up for family/friends.
At credential pickup you will receive: 2-Day Wristband and Parking Pass.
You will receive your Volunteer T-Shirt when you check-in at Volunteer HQ for your first shift.
